The 2023 film was directed by Frédéric Potier and Valentin Potier and the cast includes Franck Dubosc, Isabelle Carré, Camille Razat (of “Emily in Paris”), Mélanie Robert, and August Wittgenstein. It will make its North American premiere at the Festival!

Where: Starlight Triangle Square Cinemas (Theater #2) in Costa Mesa, California

When: from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2024

Film’s synopsis:

“Claire and Jeanne are twin sisters united by the same passion: the piano. Coached by their father like athletes, they join the prestigious Karlsruhe Conservatory. They are now competing to be soloists and train for a concert that will make or break their careers. Claire, and soon Jeanne, discover they are suffering from a serious illness. They are slowly losing the use of their hands. Facing the worst, and with the support of their family and undying love for music, they will change their fate.”
